Following this, the Korean Federation of Pop Culture and Art Industry (KFPCAI) sent out letters to broadcasting companies and various online album distribution sites, prohibiting JYJ from making appearances on shows and halt album sales.
SME accused that Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, and Kim Junsu signed a contract with another company despite their exclusive contract with SME still in effect. Even though JYJ has made progress to end the injunction, it would be illegal to sign with another company because of their exclusive contract with SME.
However, a representative from JYJ’s side expressed, ‘JYJ members doesn’t have a exclusive contract with CJes Entertainment like SME or KFPCAI has claimed. CJes is simply a management / mediary that takes care of JYJ’s activities and public relations work in Korea.‘
Furthermore, JYJ’s spokesperson Prain (프레인) expressed in a phone interview with reporters, ‘JYJ did not sign a formal contract with CJes. CJes is merely an agency for JYJ. CJes handles management related work, just like how we handle publicity related work, and Warner Music handles the album related work. A misunderstanding must have occurred because ‘agency’ is still an unfamiliar term in Korea. After the oversea showcases are finished, we will reveal sufficient documents and evidence.‘
With regards to SME’s claim that JYJ’s independent activities are problematic, JYJ’s spokesperson answered, ‘This is something that has reviewed by the legal system. By law, there is no problem for JYJ’s activities. We have confirmed that SME has no reasons to file an album sale prohibition injunction against JYJ.‘
So it seems that they’re trying to infer that JYJ hired CJes as a management agency instead of the assumption that JYJ is working under the CJes label..

Grup idola dari Korea, Dong Bang Shin Ki alias TVXQ akan merilis album DVD Jepang spesial pada 15 Juli mnrt suratkabar harian Jepang Sankei Sports pada hari rabu ini.

Sankei melaporkan bahwa walaupun grup ini sudah menghentikan kegiatana ny, mereka akan nmerilis album spesial berbentuk DVDV dengan preview dari film Jepang ‘Kim Ga Odoru Natsu’ yang juga termasuk tiket reservasi nonton film ini.

lagu mereka ‘With All My Heart’ akan menjadi OST dari film yang akan tayang pada bulan September di bioskop Jepang. mereka semua sekarang ini sedang dalam kegiatan individu, akan tetapi mereka sudah menyiapkan kejutan ini untuk fans mereka, begitu penjelasan dari staf Sankei, dan mengatakan bahwa album akan dijual pada 15 Juli walaupun tidak ada rencana apakah album ini akan dijual dalam bentuk mini album.

3 anggota TVXQ "yang mengalami ketidak adilan kontrak sangad parah " vs SM "Cara kita memperlakukan TVXQ tidak buruk dibandingkan dengan agensi agensi lain"

Tiga anggota TVXQ (Xiah Junsu, YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun) dan SM Entertainment sudah melewati sidang pertama mereka hari ini tentang keberatan putusan pada perintah penangguhan kontrak yang dibuat tahun lalu, dan tidak berhasil dalam menutup kesenjangan antara pertentangan mereka .

Para wakil hukum dari tiga anggota TVXQ dan SM bertemu di Pengadilan Distrik Seoul pukul 5 sore pada tanggal 7 ini untuk menyatakan sikap mereka terhadap gugatan yang dibuat oleh SM Entertainment tentang keberatan atas putusan penangguhan kontrak kerja.

mendengar ini dilakukan setelah SM mengajukan gugatan tersebut pada 12 April sebagai keberatan atas putusan penerimaan parsial yang dibuat oleh Pengadilan tahun lalu.

Pada sidang, perwakilan SM yang lain, "Dibandingkan dengan agensi lain di Korea, pembagian pendapatan TVXQ tidak adil," tegas dan bahwa pembagian pendapatan TVXQ bukanlah masalah mendesak di kontrak eksklusif.

Perwakilan itu juga sangat mempertanyakan tindakan tiga anggota menandatangani kontrak terpisah dengan kantor mereka Avex Jepang walaupun hanya perintah penangguhan kontrak, bukanlah gugatan yang sebenarnya, sebagian telah diterima oleh Pengadilan.

Di sisi lain, perwakilan tiga anggota mengungkapkan, "Perpanjangan dan pembagian pendapatan kontrak eksklusif antara SM dan TVXQ sangat tidak adil bahwa situasinya sangat parah."

Hakim yang bertanggung jawab atas pendengaran (Hakim Choi Sung Joon) mempertanyakan kedua sisi kemungkinan penyelesaian, tapi tidak ada hasil inovatif yang datang dari itu.

Pengadilan meminta kedua belah pihak apakah penyelesaian bisa dilakukan jika kontrak itu tetap namun menerima jawaban yang berbeda.

Ketika Pengadilan meminta kedua belah pihak apakah perdamaian akan mungkin jika Pengadilan memperpendek panjang kontrak eksklusif dan jika pembagian pendapatan dibuat lebih adil..
perwakilan SM mengatakan "Ya, penyelesaian akan mungkin," tetapi tiga anggota 'sisi memberi jawaban yang skeptis dan berkata, "Tiga anggota telah kehilangan iman mereka kepada SM dan mereka berpikir negatif tentang prospek bekerja dengan agen ini lagi."

Namun, pihak tiga anggota di saat akhir sidang itu mengatakan , "Jika keinginan SM untuk penyelesaian yang tulus, maka Aku akan berbicara dengan ketiga anggota dan akan melaporkan kembali kepada Pengadilan."

Di sisi lain, Kim Young Min dan Nam So Young menghadiri sidang sebagai SM dan SM Jepang masing-masing membawa perwakilan tetapi tidak ada anggota TVXQ yang hadir. Pengadilan akan memeriksa semua file yang diajukan oleh kedua belah pihak sampai akhir bulan ini dan mencapai keputusan tentang keberatan SM untuk putusan penangguhan kontrak perintah.

Jaejoong is Ranked #1 as The Most Promising Idol Turns Actor

Jaejoong from male group TVXQ is chosen as the most promising idol turns actor.
Online music site ‘monkey 3′ conducted public opinion survey from March 12th to 18th resulted in 1555 participants.

The subject of the survey was “Who is the number one idol that is most promising as an actor?”. And as a result, Jaejoong gained an overwhelming 46% supports (715 people) that placed him on the top spot.

Jaejoong was reported to show a stunning expression in the tele cinema “Heaven’s Postman” he starred in. In addition, he will also appear in Fuji TV drama “Sunao Ni Narenakute” which will broadcast in April along with Eita and Ueno Juri.

On the second spot was TVXQ’s Changmin with his “Paradise Ranch” drama which was obtained 16% supports (247 people).

Number 3 belonged to 2PM Nichkhun with 13% (201 people). Nichkhun was just removed from the cast of movie “Shining Diploma” recently. While the 4th and 5th place were takend by 2PM Taecyon with his “Cinderella Story” and 2AM Im Seulong with “Personal Taste” respectively.
